1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BatchGenie (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BatchGenie provides AI-powered batch data processing tools, including data classification, enrichment, transformation, and extraction capabilities. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with various plan tiers.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Upload malicious files or attempt to compromise the Service
  • Exceed your plan's usage limits through automated means
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Service

5. Data Processing

You retain ownership of all data you upload to BatchGenie. We process your data solely to provide the Service. Data is processed through third-party AI providers (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google) according to their respective terms.

6. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel at any time, and cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Refunds are provided at our discretion.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects the Service. We will provide notice when possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

BatchGenie is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
