Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including job history, processing metrics, and feature usage. This helps us improve the Service and provide support.

Uploaded Data

Files you upload for processing are stored temporarily to perform the requested operations. We do not use your uploaded data to train AI models.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

  • Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
  • Process your data through AI models as requested
  • Send transactional emails (account verification, payment receipts)
  • Provide customer support
  • Monitor and prevent abuse

3. Third-Party AI Providers

To process your data, we send it to third-party AI providers including Anthropic (Claude), OpenAI (GPT), and Google (Gemini). These providers process data according to their respective privacy policies and data processing agreements. Data sent to these providers is not used to train their models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored using AES-256 encryption at rest and encrypted in transit via TLS. We use industry-standard security measures to protect your information. Uploaded files are stored in Cloudflare R2 with access restricted to your account.

5. Data Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of your account. Job results and uploaded files are retained according to your plan's retention policy. You may delete your data at any time through your account settings. Upon account deletion, we remove your data within 30 days.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access and export your data
  • Correct inaccurate information
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Object to processing of your personal data
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent

7. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies. Analytics cookies are only used with your consent.

8. Children's Privacy

BatchGenie is not intended for use by individuals under 16 years of age. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email and by posting the updated policy on this page.
