What counts as a row?
A row is counted each time we process one row of data through an AI model. If you process the same row multiple times (e.g., with different prompts or for different tasks), each processing counts as a separate row.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you'll get immediate access to the new features. When downgrading, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed my row limit?
You'll receive a notification when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed your limit, you can purchase additional rows at $0.01 per row, or upgrade to a higher plan for a better per-row rate.
